The EROADer awards recognise those who go above and beyond, and celebrate the EROADers who best embody our values.
This is no small thing. When you walk into our Tualatin, Oregon office, our values are inscribed on the wall – they are literally part of the bricks and mortar of the company.
The awards are given quarterly, with the winners nominated by their peers and selected from across the global business. The inaugural winners were announced in October 2016.
From time to time we give a Global Award. It is bestowed only on rare occasions, if an EROADer is considered to have been exceptional, even by the standards of these awards. On such occasions, the judges submit a nominee to the Senior Executive Team for approval.
